25th July 2024 - User Data Package

We're happy to announce that DIGITtally can craft bespoke analyses incorporating user-uploaded bulk RNAseq data. With only an expression matrix and some information about what samples are what, your data can now be used as part of the DIGITtally pipeline, either alone or in conjunction with our built-in data sources. This vastly increases the applicability of DIGITtally to new research questions. Please see full guidelines in the new About > User Uploads page.

Detailed changes:

User Data uploads have been enabled as part of the standard DIGITtally wizard.

Update Page added. New updates will be highlighted on the home page.

Individual Tissue Tallies have been fully populated.

Stability improved (FlyBase searching was causing crashes - this should be fixed!)
